What is the minimum length of time I can stay?
Viva Suites only offers accommodations for 7 nts or more. We guarantee stays over 30 nights up to one year in advance reservations under 30 nights are guaranteed the month prior to arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?
14 days notice of cancellation is required to avoid a penalty.

Is there shopping, night life and restaurants near your suites?
Yes, some of the most popular restaurants in Vancouver are located within walking distance. For shopping, Robson Street and Pacific Center Mall are within walking distance. We are also located close to the entertainment district, offering theatre, musicals and sporting events. We provide you with a list of the above upon check-in.

Do we accept Pets?
We have several “pet friendly” suites available , please check with reservations on availability. There is a $250.00 non refundable pet cleaning fee for stays over 30 days plus additional fees if there is any extra cleaning required upon check out.

Does the rate include tax?
Hotel accommodations are subject to Federal and Provincial taxes, however stays over 30 nights are tax exempt.

What information do you require to make a booking?
Please see "make a reservation" portion of the web site . We also require ½ month payment as a damage deposit and also to secure the reservation.

What type of security do you provide?
Our security is state of the Art.
We have a private residential entrance with security card access. We also have guard on duty from 4:00 pm to 12:30am during the week 24 hours during the weekend. Each suite is equipped with an entrance-viewing feature, so you are able to see your guest as they arrive.

Can your suites accommodate my computer and fax machine?
Each suite is set up with a E10 high speed internet connection. The internet access is wired and requires some quick adjustments to your connection settings to ensure security. The cost for the internet service is $70.00 per month or $ 30.00 per week. |
