Advantages of booking Viva Suites for stays of over 31 days vs. a hotel of similar quality
- Lower average per night rate, example one bedroom deluxe, nightly rate $110.00 vs. A luxury hotel of similar quality $300. - $400.
- Tax advantage for stays over 30 days, taxes are 15%, stays of over 30 days are tax free vrs. Hotel tax of 17%.
