Subject to availability. Rates may change without notice. Stays of less than 30 days are subject to a 15% hotel tax, over 30 day stays are tax exempt.

Advantages of booking Viva Suites for stays of over 31 days vs. a hotel of similar quality

• Lower average per night rate, example one bedroom deluxe, nightly rate $110.00 vs. A luxury hotel of similar quality $300. - $400.
• Taxes on suites are 15% ( 10 % Hotel Tax, 5% GST). Suites stays exceeding 30 nights are tax free.
• Everything is included, no need to pay for extras such as parking, local telephone calls.
• Avoid expensive hotel food cost, no need to be ordering from expensive hotel restaurants, our fully equipped gourmet kitchens encourage you to eat in your own apartment.
