One Bedroom & Den FloorplanThe professionally designed and pet friendly one bedroom with a den at the Viva Luxury Suites of 1,068 square feet of pure stylish comfort from the kitchen that is fit for a chef with all of the things that make cooking perfect such as a Jenair grill, a Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer. There are granite counter tops and custom cupboards that are filled with all the items to have dinner for two or dinner for eight.

The living room is a comfort zone that has been professionally designed for elegance and comfort, an airy room that has floor to ceiling windows for views of the city and the mountains, posh furnishings to relax in total comfort and with a Television, VCR and DVD. This room also includes patio doors that lead to a balcony for a panoramic view the floors of marble are heated for comfort.

The bedroom is made for restful sleep and relaxation with a king sized bed and a custom and comforting duvet and made for an invigorating sleep in the blackout drapes. Many of these rooms have sliding glass doors or windows that open, a large accommodating mirrored closet and luxurious carpets.

The bath is filled with amenities such as heated marble floors, halogen lighting, granite vanity tops and includes amenities like hair dryers.
