The 3 Bedroom Penthouse

Penthouse Floor PlansThe sun filled windows of the penthouse has 3 bedrooms combined for a total of 2,300 square feet of lush surroundings on two carpeted levels.

There is a choice of two penthouses at Viva, both east and west with a kitchen to fit the finest chief appliances to please with a Jenair grill, Sub Zero refrigerator freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The living and dinning area are pure elegance that is also professionally decorated for comfort as well as entertaining with stylish furnishings, television with VCR and DVD, there are two balconies, heated marble floors. Heated floors are always a favourite for pets, as we are a pet friendly hotel and pet friendly furnished suites building.

The dinning area that is spacious with elegant furniture and is fitted for the family or for entertaining guests, there are other amenities in these areas such as dimmer lighting, a CD player and stereo that has built in speakers.

The master bedroom is fitted with the most luxuries anyone could want with a gas fireplace, private balcony, mirrored closets and a king sized bed fitted with exquisite feather comforters and blackout drapes. In with this master bedroom is two marble sinks, a Jacuzzi tub, a separate shower and skylights.  

The second bedroom in this suite is stylish comfort with queen-sized beds and fitted with custom duvets and luxurious carpet. There are blackout draperies to ensure restful sleep whenever it is light outside.

The third bedroom while stylish and filled with comfort is set up to use as an office while it also holds a fold out couch, it also has high speed Internet access.
