One Bedroom Superior
 The one bedroom Superior in the Viva Luxury Suites is 915 square feet of glorious comfort from the heated marble floors to the spacious living area that is professionally designed.
Beginning with the kitchen area that is filled with the top appliance for the chief with a Jenair Grill and Sub Zero refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher and microwave. To complete this room there is granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry filled with all the dishware for a friendly dinner or an elegant dinner, along with the heated marble floors and views. Heated floors are always a favourite for pets, as we are a pet friendly hotel and pet friendly furnished suites building.
The livingroom in the Superior suite has been professionally decorated with warm and comforting furnishings in an open and airy layout. There are patio doors leading to the balcony from which the views are breath taking of the city and mountains, along with floor to ceiling windows.
For relaxation there is a television along with a VCR and a DVD, there is a stereo and a CD player in this room filled with fine but luxuriously comfortable furniture as well as an individual heating control, for when work must be done there is a desk with lighting along with high speed Internet.
The bedroom holds a queen-sized bed covered with a custom designed duvet for inviting peaceful relaxation along with the blackout drapes for a restful sleep at any time of the day or night and floors covered with lavish carpet that will please the feet.
The bathrooms in these suites include granite countertops, they are lighted with halogen lighting, tubs are large soaking tubs for total relaxation.
The dinning area is elegant and airy with sliding glass doors to the balcony and made for intimate dinners or entertaining.
