You will enjoy the soothing relaxation to be experienced with the beautifully placed heated marble flooring that adds an exquisite touch to the professionally decorated suite. Heated floors are always a favourite for pets, as we are a pet friendly hotel and pet friendly furnished suites building.
Here you will enjoy an endless amount of spectacular viewing pleasure of the beautiful North Shore Mountains, downtown, the magnificent English Bay, Pacific Ocean, and beautiful Granville Island Public Market in False Creek.
With the beauty of floor to floor tinted windows, cozy fireplaces, and dimmer control lighting to create that perfect romantic and soothing atmosphere, you will delight in all the wonderful luxuries offered to each guest.
On the upper level of the suite you will find the family room, complete with TV, VCR, and DVD, a spacious living area that sets next to a balcony overlooking the glorious Ocean and English Bay, the utmost in fine dining, a refreshing powder room, and kitchen that is complete with a relaxing breakfast area.
On the lower level, you will find a spacious living room with TV and HiFi system, an office area for all of your office needs, 3 bedrooms on either side with full bathrooms, including shower and tub on both sides.
The upper level consists of:

- Living area with black leather sofa set and marble coffee tables, with a balcony next to it. Balcony is over looking the Ocean and English Bay.
- Elegant dining area that sits 8 people, with a balcony next to sit

- Kitchen with a breakfast area, ceramic stove in the regular kitchen and a gas stove in the small kitchenette. There is a sliding door to close off the kitchen and the powder room area. Panoramic view of the city and mountain range.

- Office area with a desk and a chair with phone jack and modem line
- 3 bedrooms to the left: second master bedroom with fireplace and spectacular view overlooking the Ocean and English Bay

Because Viva Suite is a split-level apartment, therefore, it has 2 separate entrances: one on the 16th floor and a private entrance on the 15th floor. Please note that except for the bedrooms and interior stairwell, all other area is covered by heated marble floor.
